By accessing or using StatFast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
StatFast is a privacy-friendly website analytics platform. We provide a lightweight tracking script, a real-time analytics dashboard, and AI-powered insights to help you understand your website traffic without compromising visitor privacy. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) collect personally identifiable information about website visitors without their consent; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (e) use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided APIs; or (f) resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed through DodoPayments. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you exceed your plan's pageview limit, we will notify you and may require an upgrade.
We take data privacy seriously. Our analytics are designed to be privacy-friendly by default: we do not use cookies, we do not collect personally identifiable information, and we do not track visitors across websites. For full details on how we handle data, please see our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion, but are not obligated to retain data after account termination.
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
